Daily Shift: Write! Write! Write!

Writing is a powerful tool to manage and learn from negative experiences. It also strengthens your immune system and your mind. Study after study reveals the indisputable benefits of writing …

  • stress reduction
  • personal growth
  • healing
  • problem solving
  • self understanding
  • enhanced creativity and intuition

Writing, whether done via journaling or in a writing circle format, is an indispensible tool for BIG Shifts. You can use the power of writing to help catapult your self discovery during our time together.

Get yourself a journal and take at least 5 minutes a day to jot down your thoughts. You can pick morning or evening and the format can vary. You can do a brain dump one day, a gratitude list another day, or a session in free flow creative writing. Commit to putting pen to paper and notice the insights that arise. Try it out. Just write.
